Rhine-Style Potato Salad
A delicious potato salad made from creamy Potato Gratin with pickled gherkins and eggs!
Ingredients
Serves 4–6:
- 2 kg Potato Gratin Deluxe
- 200 g bacon bits
- 150 g pickled gherkins, diced
- 200 ml pickled gherkin marinade
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 20 g chives, chopped
- Black pepper
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well; do not worry if the slices fall apart. This will make the salad look attractively irregular.
- Season with freshly ground pepper and garnish with chives.
