Ingredients
Serves 10:
- 2 kg Roasting Potatoes
- 500 g carrots
- 500 g Bimi
- 10 large (or 20 small) Yorkshire Puddings
- 10 steaks
- 1 l gravy
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
- Place the potatoes halves in a casserole dish (no need for oil, pepper and salt).
- Place the dish in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the Bimi and carrots in a saucepan.
- Prepare the gravy.
- Fry the steaks in the pan.
- Serve the potatoes with the vegetables, the meat, the Yorkshire Puddings and the gravy on a large plate.
- Tip: For vegetarians, the dish can be served with a meat substitute instead of the steak.
