Ingredients
For 1 serving:
- 100 g Mids
- 100 g grilled vegetables (e.g. courgette, aubergine and pepper)
- 50 g mini mozzarella
- 20 g pesto
- Oil
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
- Marinate the Mids in oil and pesto.
- Grill the vegetables in a pan.
- Mix the Mids with the vegetables in a casserole dish.
- Arrange the mini mozzarella on the gratin.
- Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
