Potato Soup with Ham and Salmon
Quick and easy to prepare creamy potato soup with ham or salmon topping!
Ingredients
Serves 6–8:
- 2 kg Potato Gratin Deluxe
- 3 l chicken or vegetable stock
- 600 g ham in strips or 400 g smoked salmon in strips
- 1 bunch of chives
Preparation
- Place the Potato Gratin in a large dish with 3 l of stock.
- Stir well and simmer over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, chop the chives.
- Purée the potato soup with a hand blender.
- Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with the strips of ham or smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle with the chopped chives.
