Potato Waffle
A creative appetiser attractively served.
Ingredients
For 2 waffles:
- 400 g Mashed Potato
- 200 g carrot seeds or cress
- 2 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 50 g salmon
- Dill sauce
Preparation
- Mix the Mashed Potato in a bowl with the carrot seeds, eggs and flour.
- Transfer the mixture to the waffle iron.
- Cook the waffles for approx. 4 minutes.
- Garnish with salmon and dill sauce.
