Ingredients
For 12 portions:
- 2 kg Potato Gratin Deluxe
- 6 peppers
- 500 g grated cheese
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
- Halve the peppers lengthways and scoop out the seeds and flesh.
- Place the Potato Gratin in a dish.
- Fill the peppers with the Potato Gratin.
- Arrange the peppers in a casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Tip: To spice up the flavour, use Mediterranean Potato Gratin instead!
