Ingredients
Für 10 Portionen:
- 2 kg Home Made Potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 chilli pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g passata
- 100 ml aioli
- Parsley
Preparation
- Cook the Home Made Potatoes in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 20 minutes or prepare in a frying pan.
- Finely dice the chilli pepper, onion and garlic and sauté in a pan.
- Add the passata.
- Now place the cooked potatoes in a bowl.
- Add the passata, chilli, onion and garlic mix.
- Garnish with aioli and parsley.
