Japanese-Inspired Gratin
A delicious Potato Gratin with a Japanese hint.
The fresh, aromatic blend of smoked salmon and wasabi is the perfect complement to the classic Potato Gratin.
Ingredients
Serves 4:
- 700 g Potato Gratin Deluxe
- 200 ml quark
- 1–2 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 150 g smoked salmon
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 220 °C.
- Place the Potato Gratin in a casserole dish.
- Mix the wasabi with the quark and arrange over the potatoes.
- Garnish the gratin with salmon and place the dish in the oven for 25 minutes.
