Tarte Flambée au Gratin
The classic tarte flambée with a twist!
Use Potato Gratin as the basis.
Ingredients
Per tarte flambée:
- 200 g Potato Gratin Deluxe
- 1 tarte flambée base
- 50 bacon, in strips or diced
- Half a red onion
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
- Sauté the bacon in a pan.
- Slice or dice the red onion.
- Arrange the Potato Gratin on the tarte flambée base.
- Sprinkle with bacon and onions.
- Place the tarte flambée in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Tip: For variety, you can use salmon and dill in place of bacon.
