Taco Boats
How about a taco gratin for a change?
Ingredients
For 10 Tacos:
- 2 kg Potato Gratin Deluxe
- 10 tacos
- 1.5 kg minced meat
- 100 g taco seasoning
- 600 g grated cheese
- 3 pointed peppers
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 220 °C.
- Fry the minced meat until crispy and add half the taco seasoning.
- Mix the other half of the taco seasoning with the Potato Gratin.
- Place a layer of Potato Gratin in each taco. Cover the potatoes with a layer of minced meat and some pepper and cheese.
- Place the tacos on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with jalapeños if desired, and serve with a delicious dipping sauce.
