How about a taco gratin for a change?

Ingredients

For 10 Tacos:

  • 2 kg Potato Gratin Deluxe
  • 10 tacos
  • 1.5 kg minced meat
  • 100 g taco seasoning
  • 600 g grated cheese
  • 3 pointed peppers

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220 °C.
  2. Fry the minced meat until crispy and add half the taco seasoning.
  3. Mix the other half of the taco seasoning with the Potato Gratin.
  4. Place a layer of Potato Gratin in each taco. Cover the potatoes with a layer of minced meat and some pepper and cheese.
  5. Place the tacos on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with jalapeños if desired, and serve with a delicious dipping sauce.
