Potato waffle

Waffles made with freshly mashed potatoes. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Ingredients

Makes 6:

  • 200 g Peka Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g. sour cream
  • 50 g flour
  • A little chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter for frying

 

Preparation

  1. Mix it all together in a bowl so that it becomes a uniform mass. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Put butter on the waffle iron and add 1 dl of the waffle batter.
  3. Bake the waffle for approx. 3 minutes until golden.
