Potato waffle
Waffles made with freshly mashed potatoes. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Ingredients
Makes 6:
- 200 g Peka Mashed Potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 50 g. sour cream
- 50 g flour
- A little chives
- Salt and pepper
- Butter for frying
Preparation
- Mix it all together in a bowl so that it becomes a uniform mass. Add salt and pepper.
- Put butter on the waffle iron and add 1 dl of the waffle batter.
- Bake the waffle for approx. 3 minutes until golden.
