Potato tortillas

Tortilla made from potato, it makes a delicious light vegetarian meal or an easy tapas dish.

Ingredients

Serves 6:

  • 500 g Peka Potato Slices with Oil
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 150 g fresh cheese
  • 300 g of cream
  • 50 grated cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Salt

 

Preparation

  1. Mix onion, fresh cheese, cream, grated cheese, salt and egg together in a bowl. Finally, add the pommes sauté.
  2. Bake the tortilla in a cast iron pan in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
