Potato tortillas
Tortilla made from potato, it makes a delicious light vegetarian meal or an easy tapas dish.
Ingredients
Serves 6:
- 500 g Peka Potato Slices with Oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 150 g fresh cheese
- 300 g of cream
- 50 grated cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. Salt
Preparation
- Mix onion, fresh cheese, cream, grated cheese, salt and egg together in a bowl. Finally, add the pommes sauté.
- Bake the tortilla in a cast iron pan in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
