Potato flatbread
Flatbread made from mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
Makes 3:
- 300 g Peka Mashed Potatoes
- 300 g durum
- 400 g wheat flour
- 6 dl water
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 10 g of yeast
Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Then add durum flour, wheat flour, mashed potatoes, oil and salt and stir the dough on a mixer for approx. 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise, covered, for two hours.
- Spread the flatbreads thinly on a floured table. Fry them in a hot pan with oil until golden. Finally, sprinkle with bit of flaked salt.
