Potato Aioli

Creamy aioli on potato basis which perfectly fits as a component on your tapas platter!

Ingredients

 

  • 500 g Peka Mashed Potatoes
  • 3 dl olive oil
  • 50 g milk
  • 1 ½ cloves of grated garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt

 

Preparation

  1. Mix the mashed potatoes, salt, garlic and milk together to a uniform mass.
  2. Add olive oil during stirring and season to taste with salt.
