Potato Aioli
Creamy aioli on potato basis which perfectly fits as a component on your tapas platter!
Ingredients
- 500 g Peka Mashed Potatoes
- 3 dl olive oil
- 50 g milk
- 1 ½ cloves of grated garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
- Mix the mashed potatoes, salt, garlic and milk together to a uniform mass.
- Add olive oil during stirring and season to taste with salt.
