Gratin Raclette

Ingredients
Serves 10:
- 2 kg Potato Slices 6 mm
- 400 g bacon in strips
- 1 large onion
- 1 l double cream
- 200 g raclette cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
- Render the bacon strips in a pan.
- Mix the Potato Slices in a bowl with the bacon, raclette cheese, onions and double cream. Season with pepper and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
