Gratin Raclette

Ingredients

Serves 10:

  • 2 kg Potato Slices 6 mm
  • 400 g bacon in strips
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 l double cream
  • 200 g raclette cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Render the bacon strips in a pan.
  3. Mix the Potato Slices in a bowl with the bacon, raclette cheese, onions and double cream. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
