Potato quiche

Baked potato quiche, full of flavour!

Ingredients

Serves 6:

  • 500 g Peka Potato Slices with Oil
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 300 g of cream
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pie crust

 

Preparation

  1. Mix, sour cream, egg, cream, grated cheese, salt and onion together. Then add the potato slices with oil.
  2. Grease a pie tin with fat and spread the pie dough. Pour the mixture into the pie tin and bake the quiche for 40 minutes a preheated oven at 160 °C.
  3. Can be served with a single fennel salad, finely grated fennel on a mandolin iron olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
