Potato Dip
A perfect creamy dip for chips.
Ingredients
- 500 g Potato Gratin
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 drops of tabasco
- 200 g sour cream 38%
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except from creme fraiche to a uniform mass. Add creme fraiche and briefly blend again.
