Potato and Bacon Pizza
Pizza topped with tangy Potato Gratin
Ingredients
Per portion:
- 250 g Gratin Raclette
- 1x 30 cm pizza base (ready-made)
- 60 g mozzarella, grated
- 30 g red onion, in rings
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 240 °C.
- Arrange the Potato Gratin on the pizza base and top with the mozzarella and onion rings.
- Then sprinkle with the stripped rosemary leaves.
- Cook the pizza on the middle shelf of the oven for 12 minutes until golden-brown.
