Potato and Bacon Pizza

Pizza topped with tangy Potato Gratin

Ingredients

Per portion:

  • 250 g Gratin Raclette
  • 1x 30 cm pizza base (ready-made)
  • 60 g mozzarella, grated
  • 30 g red onion, in rings
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 240 °C.
  2. Arrange the Potato Gratin on the pizza base and top with the mozzarella and onion rings.
  3. Then sprinkle with the stripped rosemary leaves.
  4. Cook the pizza on the middle shelf of the oven for 12 minutes until golden-brown.
