Breaded Roll

Breaded Gratin Rolls could serve as a main dish component or snack on a tapas platter!

Ingredients

10 pieces:

  • 1 Peka Gratin Rolls
  • 5 dl panko breading
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 dl flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt

Bbq version:

  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp. white sesame

 

Preparation

  1. Cut the roll into slices with a thickness of 1.5 cm. drizzle one side of the slices first in flour, then egg and finally panko breading seasoned with salt.
  2. Fry the slices on the breaded side in a pan with oil until golden. Then bake the slices in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 °C.
  3. This can also be made in a bbq version. Add smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and white sesame to the panko breading.
