Potato chips as a piece of art!
Ingredients
- 500 g Peka Potato Wedges with rosemary or Peka Mexican potatoes.
- 250 g of water
Preparation
- Potato wedges and water are mixed together to form a uniform mass.
- The mass is spread very thinly on a baking sheet with baking paper and dried in the oven for 12 hours at 80 °C.
